The breakfast was well assorted and hot and pancakes, eggs, and hot waffles were good. The location was excellent and beautiful - so close to taxi, a public park which has a nice cafe and also nice grounds and a mosque. Easily reached Begum's, located within a close distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Hip new hotel with extremely helpful and patient stuff with service given by friendly very willing staff. Excellant location in Muscat, right by a lovely garden and play area for kids and a nice restaurant called courtyard really good, the Philippine Embassy and Avenues Mall and a public park which has a nice cafe. Plus, walking distance to nightclub.

Beds were a little hard.

We were greeted by exceptionally attentive, respectful staff. The service provided there was good.

The stay here was just perfect for the service rendered during my stay. The hotel had a magnificent and beautiful position, in the city center Al khuwair.

everything was very good and lots to do. the bed was amazing and the room was well-kept with nice decor. the extremely helpful and very amiable staff helped us during visit. the breakfast was well assorted and good hot and included. the hotel was in a central setting to all major restaurents.

A pretty standard and truly exceptional hotel in Muscat with attentive staff with service given by friendly very willing staff. Perfect setting, near to Centre of Muscat, characterful, and 2 malls malls & restaurants.

Accommodation was fairly large and modern with patient and amazingly attentive staff with service given by friendly very willing staff. The location was wonderful to all major restaurents. And we were just next door to 2 malls, the main attractions, and the airport, the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque and the Royal Opera.

The atmosphere created was quiet. Booked a room with nice views of the mountains.

I had an enjoyable stay at this hip new hotel. The room was well-kept and extremely pleasant, had a multi-channel TV, a seating area, and ironing facilities. There were great breakfasts with good garden view and the location was absolutely perfect. Free Wi-Fi was excellent and the service was exceptional.

New-fashioned and beautifully designed room with a refrigerator, a seating area and a writing table. Big beds & clean bathroom.

My stay here was perfect 10/10. Everything about this brand-new hotel was really good. The room was brand-new and well furnished with a nice view, the staff was very friendly. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The property was close to many sightseeing locations and malls and the Park and airport thanks to its magnificent and beautiful location.
